Does this work for my Jump Profile?

Yes. Foundation covers all 5 profiles. Results Accelerator gives you a program for your exact profile. Elite is fully custom.

Am I too old for this to work?

No. Our athletes range from high school to 50 years old. James dunked at 29 (5’8”). Kris added 8 inches at 49. Shiv gained +10 inches at 6’0”.

How fast will I see results?

Most athletes start noticing changes in 4–6 weeks if they follow the plan. Sometimes faster.
That might mean feeling more bounce off the floor, jumping a little easier, or adding the first couple of inches.

Bigger milestones like a major vertical gain or your first dunk usually build over 3–6 months, depending on where you’re starting, how consistent you are, and your jump profile (Wolf, Tiger, or Bear).

What if I get injured or feel pain?

Foundation gives you clear guides to follow. Results Accelerator = coaching feedback and guidance. Elite = we manage it with you directly.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Foundation + Results Accelerator = cancel instantly if it’s not working for you. Elite = 3 month  commitment, capped at 10 spots.

Can I still train with you even though I'm in season? 

Yes. Even though you will see better results in the off season you can still progress and see results in season too. Especially if you don't have much experience with jump training. The intensity of your training will be adjusted accordingly depending on your training/playing schedule. 

Will the weight training stunt my growth? 

No training will not stunt your growth. This is a myth. There is 0 evidence to support this claim. Not only is it okay to start lifting weights it is better to start early and many of the most elite jumpers started training in their young teenage years.
